Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Margarine 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Apple 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, 1 egg, and warm margarine with a silicone spatula, then knead by hand until a uniform dough forms.
Step 2
Then grease the baking dish with margarine and spread or roll out the dough in it.
Step 3
Slice the apples. I had small ones, so I needed six. Arrange them on the dough as you like.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. For this, mix 1 egg, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the apples.
Step 5
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 20 to 40 minutes.
