- Butter 5 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Self-rising flour 5 oz
- Dessert Yogurt 5 oz
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a round pie pan with butter and line it with parchment paper. Using a mixer, beat 130 grams of softened butter and 185 grams of sugar together until creamy.
Step 2
Gradually beat in the lightly beaten eggs, mixing well, and then add the yogurt. Next, add the flour and mix again thoroughly. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Step 3
Peel the apple and slice it into very thin pieces. Arrange the apple slices in a circle on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining sugar. Melt the remaining butter and drizzle it over the apples.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour until done. Leave in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to a serving dish. You can sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top.
