Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar to taste

Step 1
Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth with a light foam.
Step 2
Sift the flour into the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with vegetable or butter (I used a round one with a diameter of 21 cm).
Step 4
Core the apples and slice them thinly.
Step 5
Preheat the oven.
Step 6
Place the apples in a thick layer at the bottom of the baking dish and pour the batter over them.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 355°F.
