- Antonovka apples 5 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the sugar and eggs. Add the sour cream and mix.
Step 2
Sift in the cup of flour mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of vanillin.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle the bottom with 2–3 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 4
Place the sliced apples (preferably firm and fragrant ones, like Antonovka) in the dish and pour the batter over them.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes at 355°F (check readiness with a toothpick).
