- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanillin a pinch
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Apple 'Ranetka' 15 oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the ranetki apples, sprinkle with 20 grams of sugar, mix, and let sit.
Step 2
Beat the egg, add 100 grams of sugar and vanillin. Continue beating until the sugar is fully dissolved (otherwise, the pie will be gritty).
Step 3
Sift 150 grams of flour and mix with the baking powder.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour to the sweet egg mixture and continue to beat.
Step 5
Add 20 ml of milk. The finished batter should resemble a delicate, thick cream.
Step 6
Fold the ranetki apples into the batter.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Place in a preheated oven for 30–40 minutes.
Step 8
Once cooked, remove from the dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
