- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Semolina ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Crabapples 6 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream 20 oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 3
Slice the apples.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with oil and dust with semolina.

Layer the apples in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Pour the batter over the apples and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-45 minutes.
