- Apple 7 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Raisins 0 oz
- Margarine 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sugar and eggs. Whisk the mixture until a white foam appears.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3
Incorporate the baking soda, neutralized with vinegar.
Step 4
Add the raisins and cinnamon to the mixture, and mix again. The batter is ready.
Step 5
Peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and cut them into small irregular pieces.
Step 6
Grease the baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the apples in the dish and pour the batter over them. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the batter fully envelops the apples.
Step 7
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes. The charlotte is ready.
