Ingredients
- Apple 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks with 100 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Melt 100 grams of butter and pour half into the egg mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Pour in the milk.
Step 5
Sift the flour. The batter should be thick, like for pancakes.
Step 6
Add the baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Grease the sides of the baking pan with 10 grams of butter and pour in the batter.
Step 8
Peel the apples.
Step 9
Cut them into small pieces.
Step 10
Randomly arrange the apples on top.
Step 11
Pour the remaining melted butter over the pie and sprinkle with 20 grams of sugar. Place in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Step 12
Remove the charlotte from the pan and serve.
