Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Apple 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Honey to taste
- Nuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and grate the carrot and apple using a medium grater.
Step 2
Mix the apple-carrot mixture with vegetable oil and sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40 minutes.
Step 6
The cake can be cut in half and spread with honey.
Step 7
Brush the top of the cake with honey and sprinkle with nuts.
