  • Sugar 8 tablespoons
  • Apple 0 lbs
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Pudding 2 pieces
  • Ladyfinger Cookies 100 pieces
  • Rum to taste
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Cinnamon to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Pour 250 ml of water over the apples, add sugar and squeezed lemon juice, place on the stove and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, then mash the apples with a potato masher.

Step 2

Dissolve the vanilla pudding in 400 ml of cold water, add it to the apples, and bring to a boil again. Cook for a little while, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Take a round cake pan, grease it with butter, layer some ladyfingers, pour a small portion of the apple pudding, layer more ladyfingers, and pour the remaining pudding. Let it cool.

Step 4

Whip the sour cream with vanilla sugar and you can add regular sugar to taste. Spread the sour cream over the cake, sprinkle with cinnamon, and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
