Apple Biscuit Roll
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Vanillin a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Apple 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with a mixer until thick foam forms.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar separately and pour into the beaten egg whites in a thin stream, continuing to beat.
Step 3
Gradually, one tablespoon at a time, fold the sifted flour and vanillin into the batter. It's better to mix the batter with a spoon and not for long, so it doesn't deflate.
Step 4
Peel the apples, grate them on a medium or large grater, drain the juice that forms, add the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Spread the grated apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and level them out.
Step 6
Pour the prepared batter over the apple mixture and carefully smooth it out.
Step 7
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake until the biscuit is ready.
Step 8
Cover the baking sheet with a waffle towel; turn the biscuit over onto the towel with the filling side up.
Step 9
Remove the parchment paper and, using the towel, roll the still hot roll.
Step 10
Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar.
