Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Apple 3 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 0.4 teaspoons
- Apricot Jam to taste
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Beat the butter, sugar, and cinnamon with a mixer.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
Step 4
Sift the flour with the baking powder, then add the milk. Beat until smooth.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into it.
Step 6
Cut the apples in half, remove the cores. Slice them thinly and decorate the cake.
Step 7
Sprinkle the cake with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the cake, brush the top with apricot jam, and bake for another 10 minutes.
