Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Sugar ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Apple 20 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Frozen black currant puree to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy, increasing the volume by 2 times. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly. Nuts can be added.
Step 3
Pour the flour into the egg mixture and beat again.
Step 4
Add baking soda, activated with lemon juice, and mix.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with oil, add the filling, and smooth it out.
Step 6
Pour the batter on top and place it in a preheated oven at 180-390°F.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes, when the pie is slightly golden, remove it and pour over the sour cream mixed with sugar and berries.
Step 8
Return the pie to the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
