
Apple and Cottage Cheese Rolls

Description
Any dough will work for these rolls. You can use any yogurt (preferably sweet). It's best to use soft varieties of apples, but firm ones will also taste great. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Puff Pastry 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Thaw the dough.
Step 2
Peel the apple.
Step 3
Cut it into wedges and remove the core.
Step 4
Next, finely chop the apples.
Step 5
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
Step 6
Add the yogurt.
Step 7
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 8
Add the chopped apples.
Step 9
Mix everything together.
Step 10
Gently stretch the dough with your hands.

Spread the cottage cheese-apple filling on it.
Step 12
Roll it up into a log.
Step 13
Cut the log into four pieces.
Step 14
Place the resulting rolls upright in a baking dish and brush with egg.

Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Bake for 35–45 minutes at 355°F.
