Ingredients
- Apple juice 0 fl oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the apples in a bowl. Dip each ring in apple juice and place on a tray in the dehydrator. Make sure the rings do not overlap.
Step 2
Place the banana slices on a separate tray. Sprinkle the fruits with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 3
Dehydrate for 8 to 12 hours until dry (no moisture should be visible on the cut surface), rearranging the trays as necessary for even drying of the fruits.
Step 4
Turn off the dehydrator and let the fruits cool.
