- Butter 5 oz
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Pitted Wild Apricots 8 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Apple 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the apples and apricots, place them in a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar, flour, and baking powder. Melt the butter and honey in a water bath and pour into the batter. Mix well until the consistency is like thick sour cream. Pour the mixture over the apples and apricots.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let cool. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
