  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Raw cane sugar 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 8 pieces
  • Ground Almonds 10 oz
  • Almond 0 fl oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the apple slices in the pan, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, and sprinkle with two tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil and cook covered for seven minutes until softened. Allow to cool.

Step 2

In a food processor, combine the eggs, almonds, essence, remaining sugar, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with almond flakes.

Step 3

Bake for forty minutes. Let the finished pie cool and dust with powdered sugar.
