  • Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the butter into pieces, add the flour, salt, sugar, and rub everything into crumbs. Add the sour cream and knead into a shortcrust pastry.

Step 2

Form a ball, place it in a plastic bag, and put it in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes.

Step 3

Take the dough out and grind it in a meat grinder, spread it on a baking sheet or silicone mat, and bake at 355°F for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Cool the cookies, break them into small pieces, add the sweetened condensed milk, mix well, shape into an 'ant hill', and refrigerate to set.
