Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Butter 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 2 cans
- Poppy seed paste to taste
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Sift the flour.
Step 3
Mix with 200 g of butter, sugar, sour cream, a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
Step 4
Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Pass the chilled dough through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Evenly spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in an oven preheated to 390°F for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Mix the softened butter with the condensed milk using a mixer.
Step 8
Crumble the baked cookies into uneven crumbs. Mix with the cream.
Step 9
Transfer the mixture onto a plate, shaping it like an ant hill.
Step 10
Sprinkle the cake with poppy seeds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
