- Gelatin 0 oz
- Cream 20 oz

Step 1
Pour 500 ml of water into a pot, bring to a boil, add sugar, and bring to a boil again. Place the peeled and cored apples into the prepared syrup, lightly boil them, and arrange them in a deep dish.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin beforehand, then pour 400 ml of boiling water over it and keep it warm on the stove. Boil the apple peels in water, strain, combine with the hot syrup and gelatin. If the liquid is less than 1 liter, add boiling water and mix.
Step 3
Pour this syrup over the apples and place in the cold. Before serving, drizzle the apples with whipped cream.
