Description

Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy, add one cup of milk, and whisk. Gradually add the flour, constantly breaking up lumps.
Step 2
Add the second cup of milk and flour.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda, add it to the batter, mix well, pour in the vegetable oil, and let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes on a dry skillet.
