Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast ½ spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the kefir and egg yolks.
Step 2
Pour the egg and kefir mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the melted butter, and mix everything together thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, liquid batter.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with sugar until fluffy. Then, gently fold them into the main mixture in two additions, stirring the batter carefully from top to bottom.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick skillet and spoon about 50 ml of batter onto it. The pancakes should cook until the edges turn golden brown (about 3 minutes), after which you can flip them. They will cook faster on the other side.
