Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 6 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Vanillin a pinch
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Maple syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add baking soda and gradually mix in the cream and flour, whisking until smooth.
Step 3
Add the beaten egg whites to the mixture.
Step 4
Heat the skillet and use a ladle to pour in the batter. There's no need to spread it around the skillet, as the pancakes will be about 4–5 inches in diameter. No oil is needed, as the batter contains enough fat for frying.
