
American Chocolate Chip Cookies

Description
Chocolate chips (in the form of cones, squares, etc.) can be replaced with pieces of white chocolate or M&M's.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 1½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1¾ glasses
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Chocolate shavings 1½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–375°F.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter at room temperature with sugar until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla. Mix everything together.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Step 4
Pour the prepared mixture into the butter mixture. Knead the dough and add chocolate chips.
Step 5
Place the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet by the teaspoonful, leaving at least 2 cm of space between each portion.
Step 6
Bake for no more than 15 minutes.
