Description
Brownies will achieve a rich chocolate flavor only after they cool down. To do this, place them in a container and leave them overnight — by morning, the cookies will lose their airiness and develop a moist and dense chocolate texture.
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Almond 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and cinnamon, mixing well. Incorporate the chocolate-butter mixture and the chopped nuts.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into it. Bake for 20–22 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. Then, take the brownie out of the pan and cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. Allow the brownies to cool completely, preferably overnight.
