- Baking Powder 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Maple syrup to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Crack the egg into the bowl, pour in the milk, and whisk thoroughly to eliminate lumps. Add the melted butter, stir, then gently fold in the blueberries with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil, then pour the batter onto the skillet using a small ladle (about half a ladle per pancake). You can cook 3–4 pancakes at the same time, frying for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and easily lifting off the skillet.
Step 3
Serve with maple syrup or floral honey.
