Almond Soufflé
Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Vanillin a pinch
- Dry Creamer 10 oz
- Whole egg 5 pieces
- Fine white sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 6 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Green Banana Syrup 5 fl oz
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the cream and vanillin, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk the egg yolks with the granulated sugar over a warm water bath. Gradually pour in the milk and cream mixture, stirring for about 2–3 minutes. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spoon into small molds and place in the microwave for 1–1.5 minutes at 90 watts.
Step 3
Pour the vanilla sauce onto plates, invert the soufflé on top. Drizzle with berry syrup and sprinkle with almonds.
