  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Ground Almonds 5 oz
  • Almond to taste
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Raspberry gin 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a 20 x 30 cm baking dish with butter and line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

Sift the flour and one tablespoon of powdered sugar. Add 50 g of finely chopped butter and mix the mixture with your hands. Add the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of cold water, and mix again. Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, remove the paper, and press the dough into the dish lightly. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 3

Using a mixer, beat the remaining butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, ground almonds, and almond extract.

Step 4

Spread the jam over the baked dough and top it with the almond mixture. Sprinkle with almond flakes and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Sift the remaining powdered sugar into a bowl and mix with two teaspoons of water until it forms a paste. Cut the baked pastry into pieces and drizzle the glaze over the top in a zigzag pattern.
