Description

You can replace the liqueur with cinnamon for a different flavor. However, if you want to preserve the almond taste, it's best to use Amaretto, or nothing at all. You can also enhance the almond flavor by adding apricot kernels (use half almonds and half apricot kernels).

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes 10 oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Amaretto Liqueur 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Honey 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Beat the butter with powdered sugar in a deep bowl using a fork.

Step 4
