Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ teaspoon
- Almond 100 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz

Step 1
Cream the sugar with the butter until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Step 2
Add the flour, ground almonds, and grated zest of half a lemon to the cream. Mix thoroughly until it forms a dough.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a disk shape, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer.
Step 4
Once the dough has hardened, grate it using a coarse grater.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 330°F. Bake until golden brown for about 1 hour (depending on the size of the dish).
Step 6
Serve with whipped cream, lemon ice cream, or fruit sorbet.
