Almond jelly with cherry syrup
Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 4 spoons
- Almond 2 spoons
- Agar-Agar 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat 300 ml of water with sugar and dissolve the agar-agar in it.
Step 2
Pour in the milk and bring to a boil, then add the almond essence and simmer on low heat for five minutes.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into molds greased with vegetable oil and let cool for two hours. Serve the jelly with cherry syrup.
