
Almond Flour Pancakes with Honey

Ingredients
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract ½ tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Almond 1 cup
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ghee 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla extract, water, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Add the almond flour, salt, and baking soda — mix, then add the melted ghee and blend with a mixer for another couple of minutes (until the batter is smooth).
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little ghee. Once the skillet is warmed, drop the batter by tablespoonfuls.
Step 4
Wait for small bubbles to form and then flip (the cooked side should be a uniform brown color). After a minute, remove the finished pancakes from the skillet.
Step 5
Before serving, you can drizzle the pancakes with honey, homemade jam, or maple syrup.
