Ingredients
- Almond 0 oz
- Peanut Butter 5 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Coconut Milk 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together using a mixer. If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour. The dough should be sticky but firm, and due to the oil, it won't stick to your hands.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls and place them 3-4 cm apart.
Step 4
Once all the balls are ready, take a small dish with a flat bottom and flatten each ball using it.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Step 6
The cookies should remain slightly undercooked, as they will harden while cooling.
