Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 5 oz
- Nectarines 2 pieces
- Red Currant 0 oz
- Raspberry leaves 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the crumble, thoroughly mix ground almonds, flour, sugar, butter, and salt using a mixer.
Step 2
For the crumble filling, combine peeled and diced nectarines with raspberries and currants. (You can use either fresh or frozen berries.) Add nutmeg, a little sugar (10 g), and flour (10 g). Gently mix.
Step 3
Place the fruit mixture into four individual baking pots, sprinkle with the almond mixture on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 345°F for about 25-30 minutes. (To speed up the process, you can cover the pots with foil.)
