- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 5 pieces

First, beat the cold egg whites. Then add the sugar and continue beating.

Next, add the ground almonds to the beaten egg whites.
Step 3
Gently mix the dough until smooth.
Step 4
Using a spoon, place small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can decorate each future cookie with a blanched almond. To do this, dip the almonds in boiling water for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Bake the cookies at 300°F for about 30–35 minutes.
