Almond Cookies with Pumpkin
Ingredients
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix ¼ cup
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon
- Chestnut puree 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, ground almonds, finely grated lemon zest, shredded coconut, and vanilla.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white with a mixer until frothy, gradually adding the maple syrup.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients, adding the pumpkin puree as well.
Step 4
Place the dough on a baking sheet, using 1 teaspoon of dough for each cookie.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 300°F on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
