- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Amaretto Liqueur 1 teaspoon

Rinse the almonds and boil them in hot water for 2 minutes.

Peel off the skins.
Step 3
Toast until the nuts start to crackle.
Step 4
Grind into crumbs.
Step 5
Add honey and mix.
Step 6
Add soft butter to the bowl with the nuts. Mix well.
Step 7
Add sugar.
Step 8
Crack in the egg.
Step 9
Add salt, baking powder, and flour.
Step 10
Add amaretto.
Step 11
Knead until you have a uniform dough and divide it into equal small pieces.
Step 12
Place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, pressing down to maintain a thickness of about 1 cm.

Bake in an oven preheated to 320°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
