Ingredients
- Almond 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the almonds to a consistency that is somewhere between flour and crumb.
Step 2
Add the egg whites and sugar to the ground almonds and beat well. This mixture needs to be gently warmed to dissolve the sugar; I placed it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, we add the flour — the dough is ready.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper and dusted with flour. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
