Almond Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Milk ½ cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the baking soda and sift.
Step 2
Heat the sugar with the milk, stirring until dissolved, cool to room temperature, and mix all the ingredients (except for the almonds and egg) to form a uniform dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5–6 mm, brush with egg, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and when the glaze dries slightly, cut out various shapes with cutters or a knife.
Step 4
Bake for 10–12 minutes at 390°F.
