Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Freeze the cherries.
Step 2
Beat together the salt, 38 grams of sugar, and 124 grams of butter. Add water.
Step 3
Knead the resulting mixture with flour.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 5
Beat 200 grams of room temperature butter with 200 grams of sugar.
Step 6
Add 5 eggs to this mixture.
Step 7
Add almond flour to the mixture.
Step 8
Spread the mixture over the dough and smooth it out.
Step 9
Top with frozen cherries.
Step 10
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 320°F.
