Airy Snickers
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Margarine 10 oz
- Sugar 2½ g
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Butter 5 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
- Nuts 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a soft dough: beat 6 egg yolks with 1.5 cups of sugar, add 250 g of soft margarine, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with lemon juice, vanilla, and 3 cups of flour. Divide into 3 balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the egg white mixture. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding 2 cups of sugar.
Step 3
Take 1 part of the dough, spread it on a baking sheet with your hands, apply 1/3 of the egg white mixture, 'dollop' with a spoon, and bake at a low temperature.
Step 4
Repeat the same with the remaining dough. You should end up with 3 layers.
Step 5
For the cream, beat 200 g of butter with a can of boiled condensed milk. Spread half of the cream on the first layer, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts.
Step 6
Do the same with the second layer. On the third layer, apply the glaze randomly and sprinkle with nuts. It’s better if the cake sits overnight (if it lasts).
