Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, egg yolks, sugar (50 g), cornstarch, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the remaining 50 g of sugar.
Step 4
Fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Pour the filling into a greased baking dish.
Step 6
Reduce the oven temperature to 120-285°F. Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
