Ingredients

  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Low-fat lactose-free milk 15 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Ground Caraway to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add flour and eggs to the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic, and mix. The dough should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.

Step 2

Fill each mold as follows: a little dough at the bottom, a thin layer of cheese. Then more dough, and on top, another thin layer of cheese. The mold should be filled halfway (the dough will rise!). I sprinkled caraway seeds on top and garnished with sliced olives.

Step 3

Similarly, fill the remaining molds.

Step 4

Bake until golden brown (first at a high temperature, then reduce).
