Description

In the morning, it soaks in and becomes divinely delicious!!!!

Ingredients

  • Egg white 4 pieces
  • Dr. Oetker baking powder 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Boiling water 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Condensed Milk 10 oz
  • Cream 22% 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the batter, beat the eggs and sugar until a strong foam forms. Next, mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. In a cup, pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then immediately add this mixture to the batter. So, the batter is ready, it should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Pour it into a mold and bake at 355°F for 25–30 minutes. Check with a toothpick.

Step 2

For the soaking, mix the condensed milk with the cream. After the cake has risen and cooled slightly, poke holes in it (I used toothpicks) all over the surface — this is necessary for soaking. Then soak the cake (I do not remove it from the mold, I soak it directly in it by pouring with a spoon over the entire surface).

Step 3

The cake should sit for 5–6 hours (I leave it overnight).
