- Apple 20 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Semolina 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Stew apples of any variety in a small amount of water, or bake them in the oven and then pass them through a sieve while hot.
Step 2
Add granulated sugar to the resulting mass and heat it to boiling, then beat in the eggs one by one, continuously stirring and incorporating them so that they cook.
Step 3
Next, mix in the semolina that has been pre-roasted in a pan until a light cream color.
Step 4
Transfer the thickened mixture to a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking sheet or mold and bake in the oven.
