Ingredients
- Almond 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix almond flour with powdered sugar and add the egg whites from 2 eggs. Whip until smooth.
Step 2
Add the remaining egg white, whip again. Add the sifted flour and knead. The dough should be quite runny.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greased with oil and dusted with flour.
Step 4
Pour the dough into a piping bag. Pipe round cookies with a diameter of 6–7 cm, spaced apart, and place in a preheated oven at 355°F (without convection). Bake until golden brown for 20 minutes.
