  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 8 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
  • Toasted Sesame a pinch
  • Flaxseeds ½ teaspoon
  • Sunflower Seeds ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Swiss chard leaves 1 bunch
  • Romaine lettuce 5 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the zucchini and carrot into thin slices.

Step 2

Carefully wrap a piece of salmon, a small spoonful of cream cheese, and leaves of Swiss chard and frisée in a zucchini slice. Gently roll the rolls, as fresh zucchini is very fragile and delicate.

Step 3

Arrange the vegetable rolls beautifully on a plate, garnish with carrot slices, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds, and drizzle the dish with olive oil.
