Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 8 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
- Toasted Sesame a pinch
- Flaxseeds ½ teaspoon
- Sunflower Seeds ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Swiss chard leaves 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini and carrot into thin slices.
Step 2
Carefully wrap a piece of salmon, a small spoonful of cream cheese, and leaves of Swiss chard and frisée in a zucchini slice. Gently roll the rolls, as fresh zucchini is very fragile and delicate.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetable rolls beautifully on a plate, garnish with carrot slices, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds, and drizzle the dish with olive oil.
