
Zucchini Steamed

Description
If the carrot is chopped in a blender, it becomes very fine and serves purely for flavor.
Ingredients
- Zucchini 15 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Wine Vinegar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the zucchini and carrot. You can peel the zucchini or leave the skin on. Be sure to peel the carrot and remove the tail.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini in half, then cut each half again, and then slice across to create quarter rounds. Grate the carrot or blend it in a blender.
Step 3
Transfer to a steamer container (the one without holes in the bottom). Stir, add spices and vinegar to taste, and mix again.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and cook for half an hour. After cooking, transfer to a storage container. Let it steep. The longer it sits, the tastier the dish will be.
