  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Concentrated Cranberry Juice 0 fl oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Coarse Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Thinly slice the onion. Clean and finely chop the bell pepper.

Step 2

Transfer the zucchini and onion to a colander, sprinkle with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, mix, and let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess water.

Step 3

Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, add the red pepper, vinegar, apple juice, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and serve immediately.
