Description
For the salad, it’s best to use zucchinis of different colors, such as light and dark green or yellow.
Ingredients
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Fresh Mint 2 sprigs
- Sunflower Seeds 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the zucchini and slice them into strips using a vegetable peeler. It's best not to use the core.
Step 3
Combine fragrant sunflower oil with lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Toast the seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 5
Crumble the feta cheese by hand.
Step 6
Tear the mint leaves.
Step 7
Arrange the zucchini ribbons on a serving plate.

Garnish with feta and mint.
